Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.

- A return shipping label.

Please Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure you’re satisfied. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to initiate a return for the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, contact us at info@saltebikes.com.au for assistance.
